Yes, FNW is still in business. I believe you can order via the website or you can just call and place your order.

I would call Dustin if I were you. If you order online he's going to call you anyway. He wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. He also likes to discuss any possible options or issues that may arise. He's all about customer service.

I don't know if it was specifically for TW members but I got some free stuff and a discount on freight due to my location in relation to CA.

I was looking at the F5s and the Five Stars came in at a substantially lower price. Plus the weigh about the same and I like the looks better. I highly recommend calling him.

i had a set of bfd wheels from them. looked pretty smooth on my t4r. i actually looked him back up when i first bought my sport but heard he went off the grid for a minute so the idea of running fn wheels again went right out the door. maybe one day hell be back operating again.

I'm curious. What do people have against Dustin really? I got my wheels last month with no issues at all. Granted I'm old so my preferred communications are done via a phone call. So maybe that's why my order went so well.

The only thing I can come up with is there is some expectations that we all have to be social media experts. If we're not any products we have suck? All you young folks need to learn to communicate in the real world. There is more in this world than electronics.

I apologize if I offended any youngsters. I do understand that my ideals are very "antiquated" because I don't do FB or Twitter, and because my teenage son told me so. :crapstorm:

@Bikinaz: i actually have no issue with the dude. when i had the bfds they were a great setup for my t4r at the time. thats one of the reasons why when i got my taco i thought about running another set from fn wheels. when i heard that he has stepped away for a long hiatus then i ended up looking into other wheels. you said you got a set last month or so. thats great! when i got my sport it was over a year ago so the timeframe is off. and trust me, i have no problem ringing a mf up and getting what i need, but after all a hiatus is hiatus. in the end it wasnt even a big deal on my part, and im stoked that ole boy is back on that hustle, he sells good stuff. i can vouch.

edit: here we go. had to look through my ig for a pic lol. 2013 sr5 prem w/18x9 265/60/18 duratracs.

I didn't mean to point my opinion directly at you. It just seems whenever I see any posts about FNW someone always trashes the guy because he's not on here or anywhere socially.

I'm dealing with a teenager who only removes his ear buds for dinner, so I guess I maybe just let that cloud my opinion. I just think in general we could all do a little more to come together and speak to one another rather than depending so much on text or email.

Multiple people tried multiple avenues of contacting this company for many weeks with no response. If they were moving a simple post on their website and social media sites would have helped. Even an auto response on their email would have been better than nothing. While some of you may have had no issues now or in the future information like this is why I read forums. I won't do business with anyone that behaves this way, it's just not professional. Dustin may be awesome to deal with IF you can contact him.

I hear ya. All I can add is I used this secret part of my smartphone that the younger generation has forgotten about to make my order. This particular part allows one to have verbal conversations and is highly effective. :deadhorse:

Tip: Buy him new earbuds that are expensive. Wrap it. Don’t say anything, just hand it to him. Leave a note in the box that says “At least have cool looking earbuds in.”

Experience: Kid who didn’t talk or look at his parents for 1 year under the same roof. God gave them so much patience to deal with me when I was in a bad relationship and I can’t believe how poorly I treated them in my teens.

Just bought a set of Konig Countersteer Type Xs from Dustin today and he’s got a lifelong customer. Got back to me and was very thorough with everything. Gave me two sets of center caps, lugs, and even an telescopic wrench to put on the lugs all with no charge. Wouldn’t even take a tip because he said it wouldn’t make it a bargain for me. I would highly recommend him for rims on customer service alone but it’s a plus that the rims are also pretty cool.
