I would be getting the Bilstein 5100 ride height adjustment for front. The 5100 rear suspension a 1inch spacer, diff drop, but to ridge grapplers 285/70 R17 with XD820 grenades. Also sorry for the late reply

If I was to go a little larger in tire like a 265/70R17 what would be a good offset? I hear people say they have have absolutely no rub but have no idea about the lug diameter or offset that I need

Diff drop won't make much of a difference.

Also with a small lift, would it really effect other components in a significant way? Or is it more when you start going about the 3" mark is when you need to worry about other components?

Thanks for your response! Could you explain why? Should I opt out of the diff drop and save some $$$

Diff drop really shouldn't make any difference with a lift, it's really more of a diff angle anyway. (The front goes down but the back stays up.) Point is to correct the front drive shaft and IFS shafts geometry.

It's not necessary untill you go 3" plus anyway.

I'm going to guess that will be more money to address those issues. Which don't get me wrong I'm trying to do it the right way but if I can get the stuff I truly need and bypass the stuff they are trying to feed me that I don't need

Yeah I'd hold off on the diff drop drive it with the lift and see if you have vibrations then add if need arises but again if you're not over 3" of lift then it's not needed. Also if you do go 3" or more you may want to get extended CV joint boots.

4" in the rear or more also usually requires a drive line bearing spacer to correct the angles there. But that can be as simple as longer bolts and a fat stack of washers.

If I were to do the 265/70 R17 size tire without a lift what specs would I need for a wheel like offset so I don't rub and I see a lot for lug diameters or something like that. I have a 6 lug

Yeah, it just rotates the diff. Someone did the math on a big thread about it, and it only came out to a fraction of a degree on the CV shaft.
It also makes it harder to fit real skid plates.

Like @ChadsPride said, "yes", and here's proof why both are better.
