Just wondering if anyone else has run into getting the crap shocked out of them from the static when you exit the truck and reach back to close the door. My truck does this every f-ing time I get out to the point I'm starting to get gun shy.

    Does Plasti-Dip count as a mod ?
In the dryer weather, hell yeah. Not just the Taco though, every vehicle, door, or other metal object.... ZAP ! If I'm ready for it, it's not a surprise.

Only in the winter time and it is not just the truck.
It is all of my vehicles and even the metal on the corners under the dry wall.
I hate this time of year. I don't mind the weather just the blue spark and the uncomfortable shock.

Buy yourself some Static Guard.... available at most grocery stores. Spray your seat with it, lasts a month or two at a time.
