Got my truck two weeks ago. I noticed a slight back and forth wobble at like 70kmh. I thought it was the road. Now I’m thinking maybe wheel balancing on the rear. The dealer said that tacomas do wobble a bit at a certain speed but they will check it out. Is that right or are they talking crap? Also one of my rear fenders looks like it’s not flush to the body and there’s a gap in the sealant. They’re fixing it so I don’t care but I’m wondering how common that is just out of curiosity. They also dinged my plastic bumper guard. They’re replacing that too.

Sounds like something is wrong, no wobbles in my truck.

Yes and also physically check your pressures with a good known gauge and compare them to the computer.

If you want to see something else wobble - check your idler pulleys ! Dealer said they are designed that way ?

You could rotate the tires to the front just to see if there is a change ?

If it is at a specific speed, you probably have a balance issue. If it occurs as a result of the suspension cycling, it's bump-steer and the result of alignment or suspension issues. Other than that, you may have an unusual wear pattern on a tire or tires and that pattern may be grabbing parts of the road and making it walk around. I've seen that before where tire rotation was neglected and then someone decided to rotate them.
Tacomas do not have a "wobble" as they are built. Whoever said that is either lazy and does not want to address the problem or does not know what he is talking about.

No it’s factory. It’s got a factory lift on it as it’s the TRD offroad. I’m leaning towards rear wheel balancing being off. I’ll get them to check it. I’ll hopefully have it in within two weeks.it seems to come and go but it’s there on a smooth road at maybe 50-70kms
