Anything outside the weatherstrip is normal, it's called a door jamb nothing to worry about.

You ask silly questions. You provide zero answers. You know what that makes you?

I ask questions because I don't know. And how do I give answers to things I don't know about. You guys are weird.

I reckon if running the A/C pretty hard and then closing it up makes sense - we're at 12% humidity and 112 degrees so we
have no worries with humidity in Arizona. Just walking out to the truck is a lethal risk tho.

The door seals get flattened because the door is closed all the time. Try this tip. Slit the seal in a few places and feed vacuum tubing inside to help puff it up and maintain a circular shape. Use Teflon lube to help slip it in. They should be doing this at the factory but they don't! I did it on my truck after having it only a few months. Also if you have access to shop air you can blow some in there too, helps the seals stay puffed up

You should start a poll at the top asking who has moisture and who doesn't. Might be able to get the attention of corporate if enough people come forward

If you weren't so much fun I'd make some room for you in my safe place.

I'll put in a reservation hold though, just in case.

Because I'm senseing some coming trauma / drama.

    Being serious for a moment.
If you go to Google and start your search with 3rd Gen Tacoma, your answer to pretty much every question you have about your truck will be answered.
For example, "3rd Gen Tacoma condensation in passenger area" will include answers from not only Tacoma world, but answers from around the web, and there are quite a few knowledgeable people out there.
Good luck, I'm turning my serious filter off now. I'm on vacation.
