hey guys. good friend of mine is in the hospital now due to something similar to this. He was doing p90x and lifting. he was doin to much to fast and was drinking just water. he woke up one day and was passing blood in his urine. but still he worked out.later that week he lost consciousness while he was driving down the road. they are trying to get him back to normal as we speak.
