Going through an interior restore after a seat fire.

Hey Y'all I've seen a lot of discussion of swaping out steering wheels and one forum said most toyota wheels you can use. I cant find a first gen Tacoma wheel and airbag, but was able to find a same year 4Runner wheel and airbag.

Thoughts on this?
