    i like the ingenuity here but for some reason i have a gut feeling that it's a bad idea. nothing to support that claim, just my gut reaction, but maybe its that big mac I just ate talking to me :notsure:

    on my 98 t100 the gas door flap is locked and has to be opened with the key, dont know why they stopped doing it like that.

    You'd think they could at least have them like in the 3rd gen 4runners where you pull a latch under the steering wheel to unlock the filler door. I don't understand why vehicle manufacturers half-ass some models in similar price ranges. I mean seriously all Toyota would need to do is price their Tacoma accordingly to the extra what...$25 difference?
