Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
Glad you came out ok. Airbags didn't deploy? It didn't look like front or side impact deployed so must've hit just right. Can't imagine the force of that pact. Oh and yes; money on totaled.

I wasn’t doing 80. I was slowed to a near stop making a left hand turn with my signal on, with vehicle behind me making a left hand turn with her signal on, and 3-4 cars behind us recognizing that we were slowed for a turn, when a fool tried to pass all of us at 80 mph. She hit me square on the drivers side wheel and ripped a bunch of my front end off. Believe it or not, my airbags did not deploy, but if I had been another foot into my turn, I would not be around to post this. I actually hope it is not totaled. My truck was essentially a unicorn that was configured exactly the way I wanted it. I would probably not be able to duplicate it, even if I wait the entire 2023 model year.

At least you are still alive. I'd say totaled, nothing looks straight on that truck any longer. Doubt if that sunroof would ever close properly again.

What was the other vehicle involved?

OP glad ur good. You’ll get another truck with the pay out. Don’t be afraid to tell her insurance my truck is worth way more than that. Always ask for more $$$$ - don’t accept their shitty first offer!!!!!

I had some teenage girl sideswipe me & almost flip my car 2 decades ago etc. Dumb trooper only gave her a “improper lane change” ticket. She needed a 6 month suspension at least with reckless

Sorry to hear this. You have more life time and that is good. Your body will need time to process the trauma even if your mind thinks its “ok”. Be gentle with yourself and others involved until this is integrated.

Your truck is totaled… start mining your custom mods from it.

    -Peace and prayers OP

OP, glad you are okay. Your Tacoma did exactly what it was suppose to, it saved your life. I am a big believer in Toyota safety. Here is a news story from 6 months ago in Portland. A Toyota Avalon was going the wrong way on I-5 and hit a semi head-on. Both people in the Avalon were not wearing seat belts and both lived. Your Tacoma might have a chance at being fixed in today’s used car market. The Avalon in the news story is definitely totaled.

My girlfriend's car had half as much damage and was a cheap POS Honda. That truck is totaled 80000%.
