White has the highest re-sale value. I buy a lot of trucks (have had 17 over the course of a decade) for some reason when I'm trading or selling a truck and it's white I get more money for it, and or the dealer is more excited to have it.

No offense (as I love red's, blue, metallic's etc..) but it's a hard sell later to get rid of a bright red or say green. Most people looking for a truck in 5-10 years, will be companies or businesses and they prefer a white truck.

Personally I don't like white anymore than red, or blue etc... it's just it makes the re-sale swift and painless when that day comes. I also think that when people say white looks cleaner longer is a myth. All my cars/ trucks in my stable are white. We live in a new neighborhood with a lot of construction, and my cars are always covered in dust and dirt. Also seems like brake dust shows up more visibly on the bedside and doors with white. Also every little bird or bug dropping shows up.
