Is my alignment off enough to worry?

So I got into some rough terrain over the weekend, ha. Knocked my steering a bit and kick my pre-collision system into malfunction mode. Went to the dealer to get it cleared. I figured an alignment would take care of it. They did comment that my LCA or knuckle could be bent though. I took a look underneath and couldn't even spot an area of impact. Here is my alignment sheet. Are these numbers enough to start looking into replacing parts or were they just covering themselves?

I’m skeptical that anyone can determine that you have broken parts based on the limited info you provided. Some quick questions I have are:

Did you ask them to give you 4 degrees of caster?

    Is the truck modified?

They didn’t even try. Pretty much zero change on camber and caster. They set toe and rolled it. Looks like a lazy tech to me.

Set the toe……and let it go. That’s all you got.
The rf tire might wear in the inside.

Did they say they did an alignment or just checked it? To me they just checked it. The slight change is just a normal variable based on how the suspension settled. And I would lean toward believing them that the right spindle or LCA could be bent and most likely the spindle/knuckle. You would not see any damage it would have to be compared to a new or known good one. This is why most people will have them reinforced/gusseted. I would be taking a good look at all the frame brackets as well.

Yes my truck is modified. Dobinsons 2.5" heavy duty lift, JBA UCA's, no sway bar. -10 offset wheels. the 4 degrees of caster is what my normal alignment shop had it set to.

They said they did an alignment. Said they got it "as best they could" without pulling the spindle and LCA to further investigate. Then they quick quoted me $1600 for a pair of OEM LCA's, ha. I was more curious if anything could have been deduced based on the alignment numbers alone. I was already doing research on reinforcing/replacing the spindles and LCA's.

The things that look the oddest to me are that you have negative camber on both sides in the rear with a solid axle and that you have virtually the same toe in on one side in the rear as you have toe out on the other.

Unless you've hit the rear hard enough to bend the axles you should be within about a tenth of a degree of neutral for rear camber unless, y'know, their alignment rack is out of wack. And again, the rear toe problem suggests that the rear axle is in crooked, but it could also mean that those alignment folks don't know how to set up their rack or your truck.

I would find a frame shop and get a second opinion. Do you any records from previous alignments? And I would not put many miles on it unless it was only off road. Those tires are going to wear fast on the road.

Exactly what I did. Chatted with my usual mechanic and he said the same thing. Took it to my usual alignment place, they looked it all over, found my driver UCA loose. Tightened that back up and then redid the toe-in. The said the rest looked perfect for my setup. They didn't even charge me, ha. So I'm back to road worthy. I'll still keep an eye on it but I'm not worried anymore.

I think my dealership is just pissed at me for roasting them for 2.5 hour oil changes, ha. I only go there for that because I have a lifetime package there.
