Is my head gasket blown? Or leaking?

    after engine rebuild at 450,000 my truck starts rough. shakes for a little while and it does not idle smooth no engine check like, had a compression test down along with leak down test and a cooling system pressure test. nothing significant wrong with any of those tests

    OME and worth every penny.
    I imagine it's a throttle/fueling issue. yes, there are lots of tests that can be done. Failing fuel pumps are notorious for not throwing codes until they are on the verge of dying completely.
