Is my Supercharger Shot?

    Well, in the middle of a cylinder head rebuild and got the truck started and blower is pretty loud. It was somewhat noisy before but is much worse now. Sounds like bearings. Put some fresh GM supercharger oil in it before reinstalling. I will note that I did find traces of bluish oil in the blower and on the exhaust manifold surface.. would that be internal seals or is a bit of oil normal?

    Blower probably has less than 10k miles on it over the past year or two. Did sit around for about a year before installing. Did a full rebuild and rotor recoating so everything is relatively new.
