I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma with a 3in leveling kit and recently installed 285/75/16 tires on the stock rims. I went to get an alignment because as soon as I installed the tires the steering wheel was shaking and pulling to the right. My alignment was bad before I changed my tires but never shook. They told me at the alignment shop that they could not adjust camber and that my tie rods/sway bars needed to be replaced. Therefore my car would still pull to the sides. Right after I left the shop the shaking stopped but was still. Pulling to the right. I have attached pictures as I am not an experienced mechanic and don’t know if the information they gave me is accurate. Is the grease around the joints normal?

    Does that cause any problems?

I've heard rule of thumb is no more than 5 ozs per wheel and never gapped.
If it takes more than this to balance a wheel, it could be out of round or a poorly constructed tire.
I didn't count your weights....just chimming in to your question.

Your pulling to the right bc your caster is .8 degrees less on that side. Shouldn't be greater than .5 difference if not less if possible. Your tie rod ends do look like they need to be replaced along with the sway bar links bc they don't appear to have any grease left in them. Moog makes some replacement ones. You might be able to get away with just replacing the Tie Rod ends only and not do the inners yet, depends on the miles. Again Moog makes a cheaper set that are greasable as well.

Now your tie rods and sway bars have nothing to do with with your caster / camber. Did they say that they couldn't adjust them bc the adjustment bolts were seized? If so then you will have to replace the lower control arms as a whole unit with lower ball joints, toyota sells them as a unit only. Plus if seized, then you would need new caster / camber bolts as well.
