I purchased a pre-owned 2019 Tacoma from the dealer and they said they think there is a lift on it but couldn’t give me any details on lift height.

So can anyone confirm there is a lift and if so how would I determine the lift height?

Looks lifted, but like all the other members are saying, you will want to take photos of the leaf springs in the rear and shocks/struts in the front. Take photos of the mounting points for your front shocks and struts (some times people put spacers at these points) as well as where your leaf spring pass over/under the rear axle (flipping the springs or adding blocks also creates lift). Finally, take pics of the manufacturing stickers and logos on the front shock and struts and the rear leafs so we can see who made them and if the parts are designed to lift your rig.

    Nice truck.

Don’t know much about lifts but this looks to be some sort of lift. Can anyone tell me if it’s a good lift to have or will it cause some sort of stress to the surrounding components.

Its lifted, but for looks and clearance. You have block. If you would like more function from that lift, I'd price out a 3-4" suspension lift.

The other thing you may want to check is the bump stops. They look stock on the front, if you have a spacer lift and don’t increase the bump stop (to limit up travel), bad things can happen as the shock will bottom out before it hits the bump stop. Pics in the link below

Definitely a 3 1 lift kit. You can tell it's not leveled. On mine I did the 3 2 to lift and level it.20190810_195911.jpg

Go look at the truck more throughly for issues, looks like the dealer likes to hire incompetents.
