Traveling down I-95 in heavy rain going around 60 and a semi to me left but out of nowhere I see the tail end of a Chevy Malibu going around 25-30 mph and I hit my brakes and no room to bail I ended up hitting them, damage on the rear came from another accident a week back being rear ended at a stoplight

I got rear ended in 2017 in a 5 month old 4Runner (made 4 payments) and $11k in damage. Frame damage too and they didn’t total it.

    Glad everyone come out alive.

From the photos you provided, I highly doubt it's totalled, especially if the airbags didn't deploy. I've been a body mechanic for almost 12 years, and I've seen worse get repaired. Just make sure your insurance covers it because if not, it's gonna be a stressful day for your wallet!
    I'm glad you're ok!

I helped the other woman in the car calm down and as she got out of her car she was panicking but then the husband case 10 minutes later and cussed her out.

    ^This.

Your resale value will take a hit for sure. Then again if you plan on holding it till the wheels fall off resale really doesn't matter.

That AMMO decal probably caused the accident. Not you rear ending someone.

So true. My 16 QS passenger door was a diff color from the rest of the truck. Went to the body shop 6 times. I unloaded it for a 19 and Toyota labeled it "certified used". Someone bought it and is enjoying it. You couldnt really tell unless I told you it was repainted.

What does unloading mean? I’ve hear multiple people say it.
