Are you sure the VVT (cam) sensor is plugged in good on bank 1?

I forgot to plug in passenger side solenoid sensor. Fixed a bunch of codes. But now I just have this one P0343 code after i plug the solenoid sensor in. I think I have all of them plug in?

This sensor lets the computer know the position of the camshaft and adjust air and fuel. That's why its running a little rough

That code was for the passenger side.
Did you clear the codes after you plugged it back in?

That's typically an open circuit, are you sure the sensors are fully plugged in and no pins are bent?

    It wasn’t plugged in.
But now it is, and still throwing the same code………..
And apparently he did clear the code after plugging it in.

Might as well carry over our PM conversation to here.

I have him checking the the 5v reference on pin 3. (Blue wire)
Unless you have a better suggestion?

Actually need to check all 3 wires at the sensor, the 2 outside pins should be about 5v and center should be a ground.

I check the voltages blue and red wire read 5 volts. I reconnected it and the check engine light for code P0343 went away

I give it gas but keeping it under 2000rpm and I get the check engine light P0300,P0302,P0304,P0306 misfire codes. I turn the truck off

You sure you got the exhaust cam timed right on bank 2?
You only had pictures of the intake cams.

yes. I didn't take a picture. Only get the codes when I give it a little gas
Also I forgot to mention these are kelford camshafts with stiffer spings

Are you using stock exhaust cam gears. Or aftermarket ones?

If you’re using the aftermarket advanced ones. It’s even more crucial you get it timed exactly right.
