This is my new compression I just did after I fix the passenger intake position. It looks like piston 5 is a little lower.

I tend to think your compression numbers are good. 176 avg and everything within 5%.

maybe I got to break the cams in?

    How does the run?
    That’s the important part.

I’d drive it 500 miles and see what happens if it runs good.

I need to put it together. I guess that's all I can probably do. I can check the compression after 500 miles. Maybe I can adjust the lash also. these were my numbers

    Driver side intake= .15 to .25 Exhaust= .29 to .39

    E2 E3 E4
    1).305mm,38 1).305mm,35 1).305mm,35
    2).305mm,40 2).305mm,41 2).305mm,42

    I2 I3 I4
    1).200mm,46 1).178mm,48 1).200mm,48
    2).200mm,48 2).200mm,50 2).178mm,46

    Passenger side

    E2 E3 E4
    1).305mm,40 1).305mm,38 1).305mm,40
    2).305mm,35 2).305mm,37 2).305mm,38

passenger side intake valve clearance has a tighter spec. But it should wear down after a while. That is the only difference I see. that could be the reason why the passenger side is a little lower comprssion

If my math is right, that’s less than .0009”
I don’t think that’s the cause, but I’m not really all that concerned with an 11 psi difference.
At least not on a semi-new top end.

If your timing is right, what else are you going to do?
After all, you have 2 other intakes sitting at .178mm.
If “tight” were the issue, I’d expect to see lower compression on those cylinders too.

I’d stick it together and run it.
I would not worry about it until it becomes an issue.
You’ll know when/if it does become an issue.

Turn it it on and it sounds good now. Not shaking anymore. Took it out for a drive and it pulls harder with the new camshafts.I'm happy with it. Well see how it goes.

Bravo for sticking through it and overcoming the issue! Glad that was all that it was. You've put in some serious wrenching lately.

it was a good learning Experience. I'm lucky I'm still off work for medical leave. I wouldn't have the time to mess around like this
