Is my truck totaled? (UPDATED 8-8-18)

UPDATE 8-8-18: It took the Toyota dealership collision center 3 weeks to declare the truck a total loss. They blamed it on the slow back-and-forth with State Farm, but a week ago they told me they were pulling the frame and fixing the truck. I was skeptical. At that time they valued the damage at $9500. Yesterday I got a call from State Farm informing me that the total damages were up to over $23,000 and the truck is totaled. The frame is toast. Left the lot a couple hours later in a new truck.
