Is sore a gain, because if so then I am doing good. I really can't tell you about results. I really did just start it and so it's too early to say what kind of gains/results I've had. I'm sure I will be happy with results as the people I talk to that are members are happy. I'm shooting for the 6-pack abs.

Done! No more SODA!!!! I will make that promise to myself on here and to you guys. Water... here we come. I've got to do it. I keep talking about it. Maybe I should post pics... NOT! Haha. Now, I need to get a hold of that P90X or something similar. For what its worth, I just email CrossFit in the Miramar area for a free session. Its gonna happen.

I hear you can actually obtain an 8 pack! Hmmm? Damn that would be hot. It's on like donky-kong.

8-packs are possible. Why don't you look into CrossFit and try it out.

i too am thinking about doing this. I am just doing a general workout routine that was given to me on here in one of my workout threads. I am seeing results but not as quick and not in the places i really want. Ive heard a ton of people say its great. a few people at my office say their husbands and brothers use it and its been working for them..... might as well give it a try! its expensive though! 170.00! yikes. guess its worth it though!

    PM sent!

I emailed a location to check out a class. After I did some searches locally, its like $295 for 6 classes. WTF! I'd rather do the P90X video and buys weights and resistant bands for $295.

I'm adjusted to my 5pm to 1am shift. Perhaps I can borrow it for 90 Days. :D JK. I'd say jump on it.

I tried it for a month then I stopped (very dumb). I did see result quickly and unexpectedly. However, I think P90x is mainly to get ripped/shredded and to lose body fat. I'm looking to build more muscles because I'm puny with a big belly.

I remember when I used to workout at a gym and I would be able to bench more than my friends then I stopped and I tried p90x. I thought it was great since I was getting toned up, but when I went to the gym to lift with him he would be able to push more weights. I'm back at the gym now because I don't have enough space to do p90x at where I live now.

For the record... No soda today and at least 1 liter of water. No P90X yet, but the mentality is there.

How much space does one need?

Just a living room will work well. Just need room to spread out.

That's good! I hope you keep it up once you start it.

He's right. You don't need too big of a space but I was just referring to myself with the space thing. Now if you do it the living room just make sure you have a "doorway" to hang the chin/pull up bars.

I hear people download them off torrent sites.

my buddy used it for a while. he was pretty out of shape so he couldn't keep up with it. from what i can tell, it will deliver the results it promises if you stick with it. the problem, is you need to be somewhat in shape before starting. if you notice the before and after shots the people are healthy looking, but this gets them ripped as hell. my friend was about 70lbs overweight and could not do the work outs. once he loses weight he plans to do it to get into beach season shape. if you are 20lbs overweight, go for it, and it will prolly work. if you are borderline obese, you may have a heart attack

Alright guys. It's been a full week with no soda. Quitting like that (cold turkey) is hard. I had the chance to drink a Pepsi with lunch. Instead it was another 2 liters of water. I've got the mind set. Hoping to motivate anyone else who is on the fence about doing p90X as well. I've haven't started that yet, but I'm working on it.

i had a buddy that did this while he was overseas. he was always a stocky beefy guy but he came back very lean and cut. i was very surprised. ive been wanting to do this but being that i work rotating shifts (days and nights) its hard to get into any sort of routine to be able to consistently do this
