Is Recon Recovery a Legit Site?

Had anyone purchased anything from Recon Recovery? I'm wondering if this is a legit site/company.

For $600, one gets great features like "automatic out of round brake"! and "ergonomic cluth lever"!

There's also a clear indication that it's either a "12s", "12", or 12p" winch with 2 different fairlead and clasp options visible...

Looks like another spectacular drop-shipper that will take your money, send the product, but never be heard from again.

This picture is also very funny to me. It seems they know how to polish a turd, but in the end, one is still left with a turd.
