So I have patients walk in the door with some obscure medical condition they read about on the internet (brain tumors, cardiac conditions, cancer, tapeworms , the list goes on).

So I send them off to their cardiologist, neurologist, internal medicine doc, etc.

They're examined, found out to be fine, patient is relieved, money exchanges hands, the economy benefits.

    That's how life works.

    Thank you, internet.

I’ve heard rumors of an 80s Toyota pick-up with 1 million miles on an auto transmission

Here is my 2 cents. Decided to buy 3rd gen and sell my awesome 2nd gen, had it for 13 yrs with zero problems. Bought 3rd gen, and after reading all the things to check, I have checked them and didnt find any problems yet, but havent checked the tranny yet but soon. Co worker rode in mine and liked it so much he sold his 2nd gen and also bought a 3rd gen. Told co worker about potential things to look out for, as read on the net, and he laughed but decided to check his 3rd gen stuff also. (diffs, trans case, rear leaf spring bolts.) These trucks are both 19's built in Nov and Jan, and he found his f diff 1/2 qt low, and his rear diff 1 qt low, so not all trucks are perfect as delivered. He hasnt checked his tranny yet either, but like me, plans to, especially since he found his diffs so low. Cheap insurance to check stuff yourself. The internet is not always right, but sometimes it helps. OP, learn how to turn a wrench....

It’s a countdown to Armageddon. When the number reaches 2525, TW will cease to exist.
