    I say yes, I had it done to my 2.4 and I have it done to my 3.4, it frees up direct airflow to the filter and is smog legal. You really only have to worry about additional debri and water getting in the filter box with it open.

    Take your air box out cut a 4" hole in the front "The side that sits behind the head light" Take a 4" deck plate and apply some censer safe silicone and screw it in place.

    Whoever voted no is being dumb. The Deck Plate mod is probably the best CAI you can get for your monies. lol
