I was thinking it was to high, but after talking they seemed reasonable. Rather pay more and have it done right and not cheap out and fall apart

Yeah, the shop I went with (Slee Offroad in Golden, CO) was about $200 more but their reputation is impeccable, and well deserved from my experience.

Never seen anyone charge removal fee when you have to remove it to install new components.

I run a shop we mostly do vintage Alfa Romeo but will work on anything really, but this is ridiculous.

    Charging a recycle fee?

That's not how this works, that's not how any of this works!

    What a joke.

To install my lift was 300 for the front and rear and install 3AAL. Keep shopping around.... although I'm in the east coast.

I can't believe they charge you for taking off the oem suspension....smfh

I'm almost there. I have the mounts welded together, waiting on the right opportunity to get the frame straitened, then gonna weld in the frame plates and shock mounts. Still haven't decided on shock selection though. I really like those Kings you have. I've got a set of Icons up front that I rebuilt, so I may look in to them. I am def going to get a rebuildable shock, so no Bilstein.
