So there are 2 breaks in the front corners which aren't covered by the diamondback. Has anyone plugged these up?

I did, I got them mostly filled in. If it pours all day a small amount of rain gets in, but not enough to soak any of my equipment.

If you want one that is lockable and waterproof then go with the fiberglass. They are heavy, expensive, and have to be painted but they do look very good. My only advise is to pay close attention to the way it locks, there are a couple different ones out there and I would stat away from the single locking handle. I had one on a truck I used to own and it did get broken into, you can grab the corner of those and snatch them open pretty easy. It's like I have always heard, locks only keep an honest person out.

Clear silicone, at first I wasn't happy with how it looked but it's only visible when I open the front flap and most people probably wouldn't notice unless they are looking for it.
