Is there a decent seat replacement for these sorry seats?

SC w/urd pulley, afe cai, URD LT's, TRD cat back. 375hp. Custom logos, tonneau cover, westin bar with piaa lights, aero force gauges, custom front air dam, Westin step bars.
I like the taco. I've got it where if I drive like Grandma I can get 22-24 mpg on a regular basis which is a few mpg over my 425 hp 07 Silverado.
But the most noticeable diff is how sorry the toy's seats are. I had a 1st gen 4 runner and taco and these are marginally better, but for an old back with low back issues and anything over a few hours they just suck.

Does Toyota have a model that will bolt in and give better comfort, power adjustment, or something without having to buy some chevy SSR seats that have the heated option?

The TRD models (offroad or sport) have different seats than the base/SR5 models. I'd try the other model seats first of all. If you want seat heaters you can add them to any seats too.

I have been considering trying to find some leather seats from a 4runner, camery, or a Lexus to swap with my SR5 seats. It looks like it is going to take quite a bit of work to get them to work right including fabricating brackets and figuring the electronics. The thing that concerns me the most is the air bag occupant sensors.

I am overseas right now so I can actually look at my truck or seats in person to try to figure it out.

If you decide to swap some other seats in please do a write up.
