Not as silly as the $51k 4Runner Trail Editions... or the $1500 destination charge.

The most extreme example: destination charge for a RAV4 in Ontario is higher than Hawaii's, even though the RAV4 is assembled in Ontario.

Yes. Extra cost of a TRD package isn't so expensive when the yearly operating costs are considered in Canada.

    I see

I still think the OP should get the Sport with the Toyota factory installed heated leather package

Never understood heated seats - they keep your ass warm but your hands cold. I would rather have a heated steering wheel like the BMWs.

I never even considered them before , but my wife's 2012 VW Golf has them , I turn them on everytime I get in her car , it's not so much the heat on your butt , the heat on your lower back is awesome

It is totally absurd that there are no heated mirrors or washer nozzles in the Canadian trucks and trucks sold in the Northern US

I think the leather in Canadian TRD Sports is real leather.

Not a fan of leather don't want to maintain it but at least they don't make you pay for 5k of add one to get the leather it's just a 2k option. Basically most canadian tacos come with undercoat and block heater no matter what. The shitty thing is I will get killed for the insurance they want $240 a month from me because I'm 18 I hope it goes down ALOT with my full license in July 2014.
