    I have a difficult time hearing my telephone conversations and Navigation directions on my 2020 Tacoma even when the volume is turned up all the way.

    Went through all options in settings and cannot find anything to increase volume.

    Am I missing something? Is there a way to increase the volume on both?

    Thanks!

    Steering wheel volume control, the same one you use for the radio

    In call volume is separate from radio volume, but changed the same way you would your radio volume.

    Regarding navigation, it is a setting from your head unit.
    Select the Menu button
    Touch Setup -> Voice
    Turn up/down the Voice Volume option as desired.

    I haven't adjusted the navigation volume, as its distracting while on calls. I just use the directions in the instrument cluster. It's worked from me, but I guess if your deep in conversation and distracted it really doesn't matter at that point, as your a distracted driver anyway :)

    Have you checked to make sure your actual phone volume is up as well? That messes with my audio sometimes where my phone volume will be low and the music will be quiet. May apply to navigation and phone calls too.

    Were you able to solve this? The issue I have is when I’m using google maps, if I receive a phone call I can’t hear them at all. I try increasing the volume on my phone and by turning the volume knob on the truck and nothing happens. I’ve been having to hang up, disconnect Bluetooth, and call them back the old fashioned way. Just recently switched from Android to iPhone. Never had this problem with my Android.
