Is there any horizontal headlight adjustment possible?

I know how to adjust vertically but my right beam projects too far left on the horizontal plane - passing the beam projection of the left headlight. It's really annoying when driving through fog. Any suggestions how to correct?

The fixture appears to be seated correctely, gaps against hood and side panel are consistent. I've never been in an accident with this truck or removed the headlight.

And Yes, I have searched and read all the threads on headlight adjustments that I could find in the 2nd Gen forum.

    Only interested in horizontal adjustment

OK, 2 things....no.1. Which way do you spin it to get the driver side to move in. It points out. no.2. I already tried moving it both ways and do not see it moving at all. What am I doing wrong?

If it doesn't move turning it one direction, move it the other direction, I just adjusted my headlights 10 minutes ago and had the same issue, it "maxes out" and stops at some point, so go the other direction, after a few turns you can adjust it using your fingers, don't forget to snug it back up by doing a small turn clockwise to finish

You were absolutely correct sir. I have been obsessing over getting this right for a week. Thank you for your help.

Sort of related note: my 2013 had terribly aligned headlights from day one. Great for illuminating the tops of trees on the left side of the highway and pissing off oncoming drivers, especially tractor trailers. Stopped at a Toyota dealership and asked the service advisor if there was someone who could align them for me. Their reply: "I don't think you can. They're set at the factory". Um, really? Can I speak to someone who doesn't have their head up their ass? Was referred to a local autobody shop they use, related my story to another blank faced SA, but was fortunately overheard by a shop guy. He had them both aligned in about ten minutes, at no charge to me.

I was told the same thing from the local dealer. No way to adjust. Go figure.

Reviving this thread as no matter how many turns (upwards of 40 full turns) in either direction, I can see discernable difference in the horizontal plane. I watched to make sure I am actually turning the plastic white cog as I turned the screwdriver as well. And to clarify, I am only turning 'B' in the above diagram. I am doing this out on a dark dirt road with pretty even & constant treelines on both sides.

In the several threads on this topic, it seems all I should have to do is put in the screwdriver & turn. But is there some type of release I am missing before turning the cog? Or does it sound like my horizontal adjustment is broken?

Once I started watching the housing, I do have horizontal adjustment on both headlights. But I can see no discernable change in light placement as I take a housing from one stop to the other. So I placed them both in the middle of the sweep range and find a good place to do a proper headlight adjustment.

my headlights are all a mess, I pointed the truck at the garage door and covered up one headlight with cardboard and adjusted the other one while watching the beam on the garage doors up and down and back and forth, right and left... nothing happened. I dont know whats up with that... it dont make sense to me at all.

Recently replaced my 2011 Tacoma headlights and had some adjustment issues as well. I found that trying to adjust them in the garage was near impossible, because you are too close to the wall. A very small change at 5 feet results in a much larger difference at 25ft. Backing off to 20-25 feet made all the difference.
