Is there any way to add OEM fender flares after the truck has been built?

Ask a good body shop or Off-road parts dealer.. OEM, or Bushwackers, or whatever should not be too hard to be retrofitted.

I've looked into it and even ordered them and received them, but decided to send back. Looks like there would be cutting and hole drilling involved and I decided against it. Let me know if you do it.
