Is there such as thing as an undercarriage LED light with remote ???

There are times when having a bright LED light illuminate the ground area around the driver's door to my truck would be very desirable.

A small remote that fits on my keychain would be nice.

Has anyone ever seen such a thing ?

Hands full many times and using a flashlight isn't always an easy option.

One of the main reasons I wanted this was for the pre-dawn walks to my driver's door.









Took care of that this afternoon.....motion detector floodlight from Lowe's.

Mine has a 4 D-Cell power source and a 20 second runtime when the motion sensor is triggered. It has an auto shutoff programing for daylight hours.

It is not overly sensitive....takes a large moving object to trigger.

It's weather "resistant" with a smallish o-ring on the battery compartment. Not sure how it's going to hold up to strong rain.

It certainly lit up the path to my truck this morning.

We will see how durable it is.

I also make under cab light strips and can be wired to the interior lights. $55 shipped.

A remote is also an option I can provide.
