OK I was going to say if you are not 4wd that is not the kit for you. When you didn't know what a DB was I was worried.

Yes if you're talking extended. ..but no if you're talking having a shop change the factory integrity of the truck that is brand new

Glad that's an opinion and not a fact. Even if you mod it. A warranty is still a good tool to have.

Are you talking about the 36k/mo Toyotacare warranty that comes standard?

What do you think could go wrong with my Taco between 36k and 100K?

If I bought a lemon, I'm guessing something catastrophic will happen in the first 36k. I can do the 50k, 75k, and 100k maintenance myself.

To me, it wasn't worth the extra $40 a month.

What do you think can't go wrong. If you truly believe that nothing could ever possibly go wrong at all in 36k to 100k then I'm sorry to burst your bubble but they can. Stick around and watch this forum more closely. Plenty of people have had warranty work done and were grateful for their warranty.

Oh I'm sure something can go wrong, but for it to be worth purchasing a warranty, IMO, either the engine or the tranny would have to go out. I really doubt that will happen in between 36k and 100k miles.

Hahaha.. when I first got my truck was very green to IFS & terminology I thought a DB lift meant Douche Bag lift...:eek::anonymous: Which some here will tell you it is anyway, but I digress if don't really offroad alot & just want the height/looks (which is fine) it'll work for ya, keep in mind though , that with drop brackets theres some pretty irreversable MODDING of truck thats required, some cutting of frame/cross memebers... IIRC
