Is this a good deal on a 2004 V8 4runner?

I'm looking at picking up a 4th gen 4runner. I found a 2004 V8 Limited 4runner with 116k miles. 2nd owner vehicle. It's loaded with leather, sunroof, JBL, heated seat XREAS etc. Also maintenance records with timing belt done. He has the window sticker showing 40k new. The bad is it has clear coat failure on the fenders and roof from being outside. Otherwise, interior and body is perfect. He wants 12k. I'm thinking 10k no more.

Let me know what y'all think?

I traded a 2004 4Runner Limited 4x4 with 145k miles when I bought my Tacoma in December. It was pretty much flawless, with everything you listed, but was a V6. The dealer (Phoenix area) sold it in two days before they could even post pictures and it was listed for 12,500. I doubt they got that much, but would guess it went for more than 10k.

Yeah it's 4WD and has the timing belt done. Wish I could find like an 05 or newer sport with low miles like 100k around that price.

How much is a timing belt for these things?
