    08 Regular Cab 4x4 I4 with 130,000 its a base so it doesn't have all the luxuries but the guy selling it is just letting whoever take over the payments so he can stop paying on it. Its at like 9500 left. i had it all checked out and looks pretty straight except for a ricer exhaust someone put on it. NADA has trade in at 10,200. Think I should jump on that?

    Its silver with the black plastic flares. 5 speed. Thanks for the input!

    It sounds like a good price. I would payoff his loan so there is no possible legal entanglements.

    Sounds like a good deal, like said above don't ever assume payments while it's in someone else's name. Get your own loan and put it in your name.
