WAY over priced. Id pay 12 MAX for what you have linked. Unless that price drops 5 grand id keep looking. I payed 10k for my 4dr with 130,000 on it. Ive never seen a first gen listed that high.

I think it depends on the market. Where I am, that's not totally unreasonable for a dealer. They'll likely sell for less.

Great looking truck. But it is a bit overpriced. They're selling that at 2nd gen prices. But then again, region might have to do something with the price.

I do live in Colorado so that may be the cause of the price.

I can`t say what the average price is in Colorado .

I wonder has that truck ever been driven other then on dry Sunny Days .

Myself I would never pay that Much !!

I would rather get one with a rusted frame nice and cheap.

I realize 1st gens are in demand but considering how cheap they were 10 yrs. ago I'd just buy an old Frontier. Hate away, I wouldn't pay it. It's still an old truck, it's going to have some problems. Rubber rots, paint doesn't last forever and of course the frames are always going to be a worry. Not to mention insurance pay out if someone totals you.

For a dealership that is ball park at those miles. Why would you go through a dealer? That's the real question. You can find that same truck with 150,000 miles for under $7,000 all day in Colorado. It's not even TRD.

that truck has no power options, no TRD, no double cab, it's worth maybe 11k. also more than likely has some crap "level kit" with blocks, I would pass that up even for CO

I guess low miles really gives me good peace of mind. I plan on taking it to toyota to get it checked out before I consider buying it.

It looks nice, but for that base model there would have to be $10K in cash in the glove compartment to boot.

I love my truck, and the other 3 Tacoma I have owned, but you have to be realistic about the price of a 12+ year old truck. This is a great deal only for the seller.

Don't get hung up on the mileage. These trucks can go the distance with any other vehicle out there.

That's a great reflection on your common sense and their greed. Best of luck to you with the '17.

I got my '04 last year with 24,500 miles on it for just under $20k, so this one doesn't seem TOO outrageously priced to me but I still think it's a bit high. These things are hard to find though with low mileage, I jumped on mine the minute I found it online (literally). Poor thing was in pristine, 2004 showroom condition 10 months ago. Now...not so much, lol.

Nice truck - I could see $14k. $17 does get you into 2nd gen territory, but it looks like you bypassed that lol. Hope the new truck takes care of you!
