Ok so yesterday I sold my 98 tacoma reg cab 4x4 with 200k miles on it, I want an xtra cab. So believe it or not Im going down the road today and spot one for sale about 5 mins from home. Its a 2002 Tacoma 4x4, 4 cyl, automatic, sr5, with about 139k miles on it. The guy wants 8900 for it, but the white paint is faded and has some ugly painted on graphics and the rear bumper has some rust. It has trd decals but not real sure if it is a real trd. What yall think?

Well, I paid $10,000 for mine in Seattle, WA. I have a 2000 V6 sr5 4x4 Xtra Cab w/ TRD Package and standard transmission . That includes the rear locker and such. When I bought it, it had some 80,000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. It also came with a canopy/cap whatever which matched the color. At first I thought I payed too much, but then looking around at other trucks, I think i made ou twell. Personally, Id keep looking. Make sure you get exactly what your want when you buy. You could always try and negotiate.

Personally though, Id prefer to have the quad cab though. More room and such as there isnt much room for adults in the back seat, but it is funny to watch people fight over who has to sit in the back :)d

I think it to much. But that is my opinion. Some may say the one im trying to get is to much but its up to you and how hard it is to find a 4x4 where your from. I would say around $7500 because of the miles and paint.
