Go out the bay and hit up stockton or roseville. Go out of state or just suck it up and take a hit on the bay tax.

i have nearly exhausted the search at all toyotas within a 100 mile radius from me (furthest being like stockton, sac, santa cruz, gilroy, modesto, santa rosa, etc.) the best quotes i'm getting are sub 31k otd for an sr5 and around 33k for a sport. 3% to 3.9%
interest not included in price yet but it's around 33k and 35.5k respectively.

i feel like at that point i might as well try to deal with the 18 taco again and attempt to raise my price up a little--33k including interest and enjoy the extra driver side bed storage.

    what do you guys think?

I think one of the ones I linked is a cpo. So it has more warranty than a new one.

I think you arent looking hard enough, it is off road season though, so its possible prices are just higher right now.

regardless if you dont like the deal just wait it out. Eventually what you want will come.

Wait until the end of the month and the deals will get better. Start talking to them again on the 26th and see if you can get a better deal then.

I bought my NEW '17 O.R. when the 18's came out and saved $4K. If your patient enough, you'll get your price.

that was my plan. 2020 is out in like half a year and this dealer still wants 2019 pricing for his remaining 18 taco. that let me down a bit lol
