While I was flushing my fluids I noticed this, I do not know the terminology to explain what the dirt is on... Here are some picture, does anyone know what this is or why it might be leaking? Can it be fixed? Thanks in advance for any help.

I do believe I have seen elsewhere on this site that this is the common spot for a bad gasket. so yes, in my opinion its a small or very small leak.

I have the exact same oil stain, I noticed it at 30k when doing my plugs I wiped it clean and now at almost 100k it looks the same as it did at 30. I wouldn't worry about it unless your have oil running down the engine IMO

    since

    that is near the dipstick
and the dipstick tube is dirty
and the oil is not fresh

    I am saying that is
just spilled oil from checking the dipstick.

My Truck has those same spots. I think the tacoma head gaskets commonly leak in those spots. I wouldn't worry about it, just check your oil periodically to make sure you aren't losing a significant amount. It shouldn't be a problem until it starts leaking more
