Is this a reasonable price for a 2012 with 23,000 miles?

My local Toyota dealer has this used TRD Off Road listed for about $29,500

It has 23,000 miles and the carfax report show's it as reported stolen and then reported found.

A new truck of the same build would cost approx $32,000

Is this simply not worth it?

Not worth it. Why buy a truck that was broken into?
Doesn't it have a salvage title if it was stolen?
What's a few more payments for a BRAND NEW truck?

I'd buy new and spend 2k more if you want that model. Otherwise I'd buy one that's a year or 2 old with 12- 30k miles for a few grand less than the one you are looking at.

yeah nope.... 29500 for a manual ... i paid all of a grand more than that for a brand new 2013 with an auto.... and the auto option is something like 600-800 bucks more than a manual.
