    Noticed while swapping my rims in the rear these bolts sticking thru the rubber coating in my wheel Wells on both sides. Is this an issue?

    Nope. Slim to no chance of water going in thru there, I wouldn't worry about it.

    figure that out

    then seal it up real good

    pronably going to bring it back to the dealer. The vehicle is new and I’ve had it less than a month.

    I'm curious what that dealer explained to you about these two bolts in the rear rims, but not in the front ones.
