No, but the fact that I've been waiting a week for @CaliRaisedLed to respond to my PM is.

 

After "We aren't offering any rain checks, I'm sorry" I would've moved on with my life. Actually, I probably would've moved on as soon as I saw the item was sold out, wouldn't have even contacted customer service.

 

I doubt their website specifically denies a BJ with purchase, but I am quite certain they won't give you a BJ with any purchase.

Don't PM companies. Email them. It's much more reliable. Only one person can usually access the TW PM's. Customer emails are usually forwarded to multiple ppl in the company. It's a pleasure to be on TW and interact closely with customers, but it's not a professional setting to discuss business matters.
