+1 a guy doesn't have long to ask a chick out, so screw all that get to know her as a friend thing first; you do that, you'll end up just in the friend zone. a lot of women lose interest quickly if the guy is too puss to ask her out, especially hot chicks who get chased often. you see something you like, quit being a puss and fuckin go for it.

Girls want a guy who demonstrates that he is a MAN and has the balls to approach her and make a move on her. Don't wait around for her to make a move, or waste time wondering whether or not she likes you. That is omega behavior.

Being Asian has nothing to do with this LOL. I'm Asian and when I was a little younger, I would try to talk to every cute girl I meet, get their number, get them to hang out with me......and whatever happens after that I'll leave to your imagination.
