If he vandalized your vehicle call the cops. If he's vandalizing your house, call the cops. If he gets in your face, stand tall. If he takes a swing at you the best thing you can do that will kill his ego is take it. Nothing says fuck you more than taking a hit to the face and still stand there.

I won a fight by just standing and taking two blows. I said fuck this to the 3rd shot and ducked it, but he eventually walked off.

I mean, how do you fight someone who just takes punches and shrugs them off?

 

I would take him down and start throwin huge blows at his face and chest.

 

Hmm, maybe you missed the subtle hint in my post. Don't fight him unless he comes at you. You don't realize but with your past you will lose in the end due to bureaucracy, I'm sorry to say.

Let the cops deal with it. Catalog everything he does. Dates, times, take pictures and have witnesses. Preferably unbiased ones.

AKA - your 16 year old friends aren't exactly the most trustworthy witnesses to the cops.

It is sending mixed messages. Maybe your idea of poor and our idea of poor are 2 different things. Owning a pre 2000 truck when you are "poor" doesn't seem too bad to me. Just saying. The younger generation of people view tough times as being poor. I drove a 77 model truck for 6 or 7 years until I bought my own truck, a used 02 tacoma in 03.

 

people have been telling me so many different things to do
tell the kid to just leave me alone(which ive already done)
fuck the kid up(i wanna do but ill get fucked over)
just become friends with the kid
tell the cops and make him pay for my truck( which sounds like the best one, because he wont fuck with me again AND ill be getting my truck fixed and enjoy it while i have it.

 

Seems a good route to me. Get the law involved.

Damn dude, you've come a long way. Congrats! I haven't been there (and hopefully never will) but that is my idea of poor.

 

Then get off the damn computer and do something about it! Do you think guys in there 30s+ could get on the computer and vent to people about all their problems when they were your age? Hell no, they went out and made a difference for them and their families.

Now stop wasting time and call up the freakin cops and get this situation cleared up and move on with your life.
