Hello everyone, I am new to TW and I recently noticed this leak on my 2017 SR5 truck. I don't know too much about vehicles, so I was just wondering if this leak was normal. A friend said it was fine, and most likely caused by the air condition unit. However I just wanted to make sure.

yup look under the hood in that area you will see a little 3-4" black hose extended out. Get a longer piece of hose and clamp it to that one so the water wont continue to drip on the frame

Yeah, that's likely from the air conditioning. If you pop the hood and look at the firewall on the passenger side, you'll see this short black hose. That's where it's draining from

This was me a few days ago. Saw a puddle under my driver's side. My heart sank as I got closer to the truck and then realized it was some ice/snow in the bed that was melting and dripping. Suffice it to say I was relieved.

I noticed my 17 trd or leaked aliitle much like even when I did not use the air conditioning. So after investigation and finding my cabin air filter with moisture damage . Ended up being cowling was installed wrong . The rubber flap was on the inside corner

The cowling has a flap shielding the cabin air intake above the cabin air filter . So when I would park on a lean small amount of water would inter down in and out the drain . I have pictures but I just don’t seem to know how to lied them to these messages
