Oftentimes, dealers will put a truck up with a good price just to get you to call. Then they say it’s been sold, but they have some others they can sell you. Oldest trick in the book, like this one

A mechanic’s lien is a real legal process to acquire a vehicle if money is owed on it from services. However he can only sell it once the title is in his name.
