Im guessing that his "mechanics lien" is not going to go through, thus why he listed it as "good parts vehicle, farm truck, offroad rig, etc." so, no longer a street legal truck because its technically stolen at this point.

I mean if someone has a truck we can transport it hidden in we could essentially bring it down to me. From there we’ll take it to someone I know in Rio Bravo that can give in new VINs, make it a legal Mexican truck and bring it back to the US where we then convert it to an America vehicle and could either use it or sell it...it’d probably cost $2-5k for this, not including whatever it cost to get it down here.
