I"ve been lookin to get air locker for my rear but my moneys not all there. I have sr5 so I just have an open diff. now but I found this detroit truetrac limited slip differential 8.4 asking $350 obo. I was going to offer him like $200. What ya'll think should I do it If he takes it and what do I need to look for wear.

The guy said that It is a geared differential so there are no clutches to wear out as in most lsds. Does this mean Its an auto-lsd like on the 09 and up.
