whats the purpose if the sticker with the letter "G" on it in the first picture? behind rear wheel on drivers side. Reminds me of some IKEA furniture when they label the pieces. Is this something they forgot to remove?

In the below picture:, should this be secure? On the inside of the fender well on the rear tire . Its just kind of flopping around. does anyone else have this? their is a hole and a bolt but the bolt does not engage the outer most piece of plastic.

I have those exact same things on my Sport.

Big letter and the super loose fender well. Noticed that while washing it on Friday. I was like what the heck? My Tundra was completely solid there, and I should know because I power washed the heck out of the wells on a regular basis, haha. I hit it with nothing more than the hose and saw it flapping around so I went to touch it and saw how loose it was. Not sure if it's by design or a defect.

Except for the stickers on the driver's side door frame, I removed all the stickers from the frame, bed liner, glove compartment and all the Tacoma and SR5 badges from my new truck. Stupidly threw the badges in the trash only to find people on eBay will pay good money for them. That same "G" was on my frame as well but they did put in on right-side up. Note: any residue left from the stickers on a plastic part can easily be cleaned with paint thinner with no harm to the surface. The use of an adhesive remover (like 3M Adhesive Cleaner) may not have the same result.

    That's your truck's G-Spot.

Toyota put it there because some people can't find it very easily.

Looks like they put the frame on upside down.

My 2011 had loose plastic pieces there as well. When you shut the door, you can hear it rattle sometimes. My 2016 does the exact same thing. Seems to just be a design flaw or maybe there is a reason for it. We'll never know probably.

My SR double cab has a "Z" in the same place. It's upside down also.

If anyone has an "N" it's a defective frame and will need to be replaced

Maybe I have a sideways "N", I am easily confused.

That's not good, the "N" frames were made by the same manufacturer who made the frames in the second gens that's are rotting out. Good news is Toyota will replace the frame for you. But you must find out if it's a "Z" or "N" frame. Only way to tell is to have dealer look it up

If it's an elongated "I" frame it will. Those ones were made in North Korea. Very poor grade steel

If the frame rusts... it will rust. I'm not losing any sleep over it.

The letter on the frame is a manufacturing sticker. Each configuration has a different letter. Second gen was the same way, makes it easy to find the right frame when we are replacing them

Whatever it meant, it's gone now. One might think they'd put it where it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
