Is this possible? (3rd gen things on 2nd gen)

    Not enough...
    My truck is at the dealer for the rear drive shaft replacement, and they gave me a 3rd gen 4x4 SR5. Can't say that I am terribly impressed, but the creature comforts are nice.

    2 things I like are banjo key/keyfob and soft open tailgate bushing.

    Question is: Can these things adopted to work on a 2nd gen? Has anyone tried?
