Cooper Discover STT tires 285/70/R17 (33s) Procomp 7032 matte black wheels 17x9 -6 offset. Front lift: Bilstein 5100 Adjustable Shocks set at 0. OME 885x coils. Rear lift: Bilstein 5100 shocks. 1.5 inch 3 leaf progressive. I still have stock UCAs but plan on getting aftermarket ones later. I ordered the shocks and coils from headstrong offroad and the 1.5 inch 3 leaf progressive from Wheelers Offroad. 50" Radius Light bar (From Sidetracked Offroad) Mounts from Relentless Fabrication.
I'm looking to install this lift kit bundle from Headstrong. Brought a print out of this kit to a local shop. They want $650 to install + alignment. Is it me or does this price seem way high?

seems normal, i would personally do it myself. Very easy to install all of those items, brake lines might take a little longer than the rest.

    I'd charge you much more.

You need to ask yourself what kind of shop wants to deal with putting on customer supplied parts?

I was quoted $450 for a similar kit. No alignment included. From a home mechanic.

I would maybe do it if he was throwing in the alignment, but if he's not, I'd do it myself, as always.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
seems like a fair price. Ive read of people paying this price or more for the install of new coils/ shocks and rear leaf springs. I think the install of new spindles is why their price seems high.

side note, if you have a decent set of tools this job seems doable by yourself or maybe ask a friend to help. It'll save you the install price! plus you learn more about your truck
